A Look Back at 2024 at Canberra Allied Health
As 2024 comes to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on what a wonderful year it has been here at Canberra Allied Health. It’s been a year of growth, connection, and transformation, and we’re incredibly grateful to have been part of your health journey. Whether you’ve visited us for a session with one of our psychologists, worked with our dietitians to reach your nutrition goals, or joined our exercise classes to move your body in new ways, we’ve loved seeing the positive impact you’ve made in your lives.
This year, we’ve welcomed new faces to our team, introduced new services and products, and worked hard to ensure that we’re providing the best possible care for our community. As we look ahead to 2025, we’re excited about the possibilities and the opportunity to continue supporting you on your wellness journey.
On behalf of our entire team, we’d like to express our heartfelt thanks for your ongoing trust and support. We couldn’t do this without you, and we can’t wait to share all the exciting updates we’ve got planned for the new year!

January Clinic Availability
We are excited to welcome you back to the clinic in 2025 starting Friday, January 3rd. As the new year kicks off, January is already filling up fast, so we encourage you to book early to secure your preferred timeslot. You can easily book online using this link.
During the holiday period, we’re still available to assist you. For any communication or appointment inquiries, email us at admin@canberraalliedhealth.com, or use the online booking link provided.
Availability Update: The first few weeks of January are quickly filling up, but there are still a few spots left with our psychologist, Chris Thompson. If you’ve been looking to see Chris, this is a great opportunity to secure an appointment before his schedule fills up completely.
We also understand that many clients will be traveling or may have other commitments over the holidays. For those looking for flexibility, telehealth appointments are available! This is a fantastic option if you’re out of Canberra, on holiday, or simply managing a busy household. It’s easy to access from the comfort of your home, ensuring you stay on track with your health goals even during the festive season.
Don’t wait—book now to ensure you get the time that works best for you. We look forward to supporting you in 2025!
New Products
We sell a small array of products in our Aranda clinic. The products on offer this quarter include:
- A fridge magnet weekly planner for meal planning, grocery lists and appointment reminders
- A fridge magnet shopping list pad
- Resistance bands, individually or as a set of 3 in a convenient carry case
- An array of nutrient, fibre and protein supplements
We also have a wide range of sample products for your convenience, including Optifast, BN multi, Fit For Me vitamins and many Formulite products.
Exercise Classes Update
We frequently hear from clients who are eager to attend our classes but struggle with timing, or wish we offered different options, such as Pilates or stretching-focused sessions. While we are always open to adding new classes and accommodating requests, determining the best schedule can be challenging without direct feedback.
To make sure we’re offering the right classes at the most convenient times, we’ve created a short Google Form for you to share their suggestions. This will help us refine our offerings and ensure we meet your needs. Please scan the QR code to provide your feedback, suggestions and ideas. Please feel free to share the attached flyer with whomever may be interested in joining our classes. We truly appreciate any support you can offer in spreading the word!
Thank you for helping us improve the experience for everyone.
