How do we support you?

Regular Multidisciplinary Team Meetings

Team culture and clinical excellence are core values at Canberra Allied Health. We meet regularly as a multidisciplinary team to learn new skills, brainstorm ideas, tackle important issues and celebrate our success.

Clinical Supervision & Individual Mentoring

Clinicians meet with their supervisor and mentor regularly to set clinical, personal and professional goals, discuss difficult patient cases, and ensure you are enjoying your journey with Canberra Allied Health. We encourage regular shadow days and joint sessions to help develop clinical skills and learn from each others experiences and ideas.

Formal Induction Program

When you start with Canberra Allied Health you will be given an induction checklist to complete alongside the team over the first few months in your new role. We call this induction checklist the 0 – 100% checklist and it ensures a smooth and seamless transition into your role with very clear and detailed steps on how we will get you up to speed and 100% inducted.

We have a position available for a reliable, efficient, hardworking and friendly person to join the practice as Client Experience Officer (CEO).

Our CEO’s play a huge role in the successful running of our business and are highly valued members of the team. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves administrative and reception work and is a people-person who enjoys welcoming clients into our clinic. The successful applicant needs to be self-motivated, organised and passionate about healthcare as a key focus of the role is the provision of amazing experiences, care and support for our clients.

An ideal applicant will:
