  3. Class scheduling: Once the assessment is complete, our team will book you to the class time spots below.
  4. Arrive and enjoy: On the day of your first class, arrive at our facility a few minutes early, wearing comfortable exercise attire and bringing a water bottle. Our Exercise Physiologists will be waiting to welcome you and guide you through an invigorating and enjoyable session.
