HOW TO JOIN OUR EXERCISE CLASSES
Joining our Exercise Physiologist led exercise classes is simple. Here’s how you can get started:
- Contact us: Reach out to our friendly team at Canberra Allied Health by calling or emailing us. We’ll be happy to provide you with all the necessary information and answer any questions you may have.
- Assessment: Before joining any of our exercise classes, we will conduct an initial assessment to understand your goals, medical history, and current fitness level. This will enable our Exercise Physiologists to better customize the exercises for your specific needs.
- Class scheduling: Once the assessment is complete, our team will book you to the class time spots below.
- Arrive and enjoy: On the day of your first class, arrive at our facility a few minutes early, wearing comfortable exercise attire and bringing a water bottle. Our Exercise Physiologists will be waiting to welcome you and guide you through an invigorating and enjoyable session.
