Strength and balance class (Aranda):

  • Tuesday 10am and Thursday 12pm (60 minute classes).

Women’s health class (Aranda):

  • Tuesday 5pm (45 minute class).

Hydrotherapy class (Lakeside Leisure Centre):

  • Wednesday 6:30 pm and Thursday 7pm (60 minute classes)

Pilates class (Aranda):

  • Thursday 5:30pm (60 minute class).
