Strength & Balance Classes in Aranda, Canberra

This is an Exercise Physiologist led circuit class designed to improve global strength, fitness and balance. This class is for absolutely everyone, with all exercise’s adapted and individualised to suit your abilities. As the class is circuit style, you can take it at your own pace and work as hard or as cruisy as you are feeling on the day.

  • Run on Tuesdays at 10:00 am and Thursdays at 11:30 am at the Canberra Allied Health clinic in Aranda
  • Small group class of 5 – 10
  • Personalised prescription to suit your fitness, health and any injuries
