Pilates Classes in Canberra

Our pilates class is run by an Exercise Physiologist who has extensive experience and knowledge in how pilates based exercise can assist with core strength, pelvic stability, posture and overall body strength and tone.

This class is for everyone, from those who have never done a pilates class before, to those who are life-long pilates lovers. We maintain small class sizes so that our instructors can individualise and modify the class to suit all abilities. We recommend bringing your own pilates/yoga mat, although there are plenty of spares in our studio for those nights you forget.
