Hydrotherapy in Aranda, Canberra

This water based exercise class is run by an Exercise Physiologist and aims to improve strength, fitness and mobility. The class is highly individualised and all exercises can be adapted and modified to suit your ability. The pool has ramp access and is shallow enough to stand in (around waist to chest height). There are showers at the centre for your convenience. Please feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in, some wear swimwear and others prefer to wear t-shirts and board shorts. On your first day you will be met at the front reception so we can show you where to find us.
